I am starting this blog about 10 months into my weightloss journey which started in August 2011.  One of the reasons I have been so successful with my weightloss has been the changes I’ve made with my nutrition.  So many people ask me “what are you doing to lose the weight?” and they usually dislike my response when I tell them workout and eat well.  The working out has actually become “easy” or at least easy to maintain.  The eating well has been challenging lately which is part of the reason I decided to blog about what I’m cooking and eating.
